I ordered food from door dash here on a few occasions the food was good on others I have never been as disappointed as disappointed I was today if you wouldn’t feed your family like this you certainly shouldn’t feed customers that are paying like this for a plate of oxtail this is what I was served for 24 buck could have just cooked rice and ate at home at that point

I ordered food on DoorDash what I received was very disappointing I feel like these restaurants take advantage of people who order online and not being able to come in because the restaurant can just send you what they want then people have to deal with the delivery company we ordered from to get a refund or put in a complaint I order curry goat all I had was pure bones in my plate, please do not get me started about that sweet chili salmon. That was the worst ever. It was hard as a rock. You put all those onions and all that stuff on the Salmon to hide how disgusting it is. Nobody should ever order from this place again. Small portion and bones. That’s all you get if you guys want good Caribbean food, good Jamaican food then go to Caribbean sunshine the best I’ve ever tasted so far I tried to give other Caribbean places a chance but they always disappoint in Caribbean hut is one of them. This is my second time ordering from this establishment and both times horrible never again

Did Caribbean Hut change ownership? Each time I order the presentation gets worse and the amount gets smaller. Today was the worst, we ordered oxtail, cabbage, rice and peas, no gravy. and an extra serving of white rice.

Rotti was good, rice and stew chicken was just as good and pricing is reasonable. It is filled with many advertisements, an open bar plus a pool hall etc not to mention in house lottery. Definitely would recommend

Disgusting!!!!!! The macaroni& cheese was hard & dry the cabbage was raw the jerk chicken was way too spicy and the rice was soggy.. If I could rate no stars I would’ve. Would never order food from here again!!!!!!

My daughter called me and treated her Mom to dinner. I am so sorry that she spent almost $40. The oxtails were terrible which I only got 4 in my dinner. They had no flavor and tough to eat also the plantains were terrible . I will never eat from them again it didn’t have no spice to it actually it taste like American food.

Good Food, Just not worth the price. I visited this establishment and purchased a small stew chicken with rice and peas, and a small jerk chicken with Mac and Cheese, along with two cream sodas which ended up totaling $39.52. I could’ve went out to Applebees and purchased two meals, an alcoholic drink, yet still would’ve been able to leave a tip for that amount.

Found this place yesterday while visiting a friend in the neighborhood. Called my order in and asked for time when it will be ready. The person on the phone said to come right away. I drove there only to be waiting almost 15 mins plus and my food was not in the process of being ready, something I was trying to avoid due to Covid. The cost of my food was $18 yes $18 for a L Oxtail with peas and rice. When I got back to my home opened my food I literally got 3 small pieces of half cooked oxtail and a foil pan filled with rice and steam vegetables. I thought of this being very dishonoring and disrespectful to me as a customer. It’s clearly shows you do not care for your customers. I will pay any amount of money for food once it’s worth the price. I outlined the $18 because it was abuse for what I received. My $18 ended up in the garbage. But it taught me to spread the word and not be blinded my restaurant owners that don’t treat and respect their customers expectations. Just note without the customers there is no business.
