I order a breakfast plate eggs, ham & grll potatoes .Didn’t like the seasoning on the potatoes ask them if they can do without seasoning she said yes but would have to charged me even though she saw me when I threw out the potatoes.Also the menu don’t have the prices They need to learn about customer service not coming here again

Caribbean restaurant sounds like it would have a lot of flavor in the food but my egg and cheese sandwich tasted bland. Not to mentioned 4 breakfast sandwiches came out to $50. WHAT?! When I took a bite of my sandwich it tasted like it had no cheese, so I checked if it did and I didn’t see any in there so my boyfriend went back in to tell them that there’s no cheese in there and the chef came out very rude saying there is cheese in there, so we asked if he could just add some more because we can’t taste it at all and he snatched the sandwich rudely, messing it up and showing the little bit of cheese that was in there to prove a point. He made a new sandwich and was telling the cashier in Spanish to charge us for the extra cheese. Just a bad experience for some breakfast sandwiches. You’re better off at a bodega.

Very poor service. These seem to be new owners. They don’t have a mechanism of taking care of waiting customers while also taking care of pick up orders. In the past, they started waiting customer orders right away so the waiting customer was intermingled with on line orders. Not anymore. You wait your turn in line with on line orders whether your are physically there or not so keep that in mind if you decide to go there to eat breakfast or lunch. You could have an extremely long wait.

Had the Cubano not much meat on the sandwich what was there tasted good just wish there were more than a couple of thin slices of meat and a little bit of scattered pork, very cheaply made, but paid $10 for the sandwich not worth going back for.

Do not order through Uber. If you want lettuce or tomatoes or add ons they won’t add it as you ordered because Uber doesn’t charge for it. So instead of what you ordered they intentionally leave it off. Othewise the food is delicious. Bad customer service though
