Easily hands down the worst service ever. When did people stop saying thank you? Your welcome? Here they seem like your a total bother and disruption to their day. The owner, franchise, or whoever needs to making changes to the staff. I’ve been three times and every time, its the same…. I order, and then when I get to the drive through, they just open the door and hand you the bag without saying anything. I work hard for my money and if you cant take the decency to say Thank you? when handing me my order… then there are plenty of options to choose in DM.

We usually go to the one in Ankeny, which is great! This one though… wow. Not great at all. We ordered 3 drinks, and pretty simple ones: A mocha half-caff, a caramel blender with malt, and a mocha blender with sugar free caramel. Not terribly hard. We didn’t get anything we ordered. Not one drink was right. We asked to fix only one due to allergies, and then asked for the chocolate covered expresso beans that usually come with the mocha. The barista rolled her eyes and went and got a spoonful and then dumped a bunch into his hand and beans went everywhere.

I love the coffee, the people have always seemed friendly here at Thai location, but it takes SO SO SO LONG at this location. It should not take 30 minutes for drive through when only THREE people are ahead of you in line. If I would have been able to get out of the line, I would have. Very disappointed that I’m extremely late for work, because it took 40 minutes for me to get a muffin and a coffee.

Very friendly staff, super helpful in explaining menu choices. Very clean store, love the atmosphere with seating and fireplace, very inviting! Food and drinks were Delicious! Fast too. Will definitely return!!!!

I love Caribou Coffee, but I came today to get an Einstein Bagel. The girl at the drive thru took the time to explain to me that Einstein and Caribou have split ways. It’ll take awhile to get the signage changed.

We have been Caribou faithfuls for many years but this last visit was disappointing. The sandwiches we ordered were very hot on the outside (the bagel and bun) but the inside was cold or cool when we bit into it. Another couple behind us ordered two small coffees with cream, the woman working placed one in the window and said small coffee – when they walked up they said the order was for two and after touching the cup – said it was cold. The worker argued with them that she put two up there and someone else took one… other than us, they were the only people in the place and we had not taken one…. They just looked at her and asked politely for two small hot coffees with cream please. She wasn’t happy but made them their order. We had eaten our cold inside, very hot outside sandwiches and still didn’t have our coffees. They came much later. Service was awful. Food would have been good if cooked evenly. Coffee was good. Not thrilled with this visit and we don’t live nearby, won’t go out of our way to stop again.

It seems like every week they get my order incorrect! I always get the asiago bagel with cream cheese. And every time they mess it up and when they do, they give me the everything bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese. Today when I called them to tell them that I was given the wrong bagel, The girl indicated that it must have been me that messed up the order because she had put in the order as such. No apologies, no anything! I will not be going to this location ever again! Yesterday when I went through the drive-thru, they gave me a hot chocolate that the lid exploded in my car because the cup was dented. When I went inside to get a replacement the girl acted like it was my fault! Poor customer service!

I used to come here a lot, they were always able to accommodate my dairy allergy by simply leaving the cheese off the bagel sandwiches. Unfortunately, we were informed today that they can no longer “modify” sandwiches, which blows my mind considering the amount of people with food intolerances these days. I guess it sounds like they split from Einstein’s? If this is the case, it would be helpful to consumers if they’d remove the Einstein’s branding from their signage. Total bummer – they lost a loyal customer for not being able to take the slice of cheese off the sandwich.

Amazing coffee!!! Even with the minor adjustments to my order they get it spot on (in the drive-thru even!!!) The guy helping me at the window was super friendly and we had great laughs. When I am back in town, I will DEFINITELY visit this store again!!

Great customer service! The employees are so friendly at this place! One of the guys came up to me at my table while I was waiting for my bagel sandwich and said it would be a few more minutes because he was making fresh eggs. As another guy walked out, he asked if I was doing well and to have a good night. Thanks for creating a great atmosphere.
