I come here almost every morning. I ordered an xl white chocolate espresso shaker with oakmilk. Add oatmilk cold foam. I asked for the cold foam to be thicker than normal if possible. I was charged $10 and this is what I was handed. I did not take a drink from it at all. The picture was from when I was handed the drink

I love their products and the ladies are always so nice but twice now I’ve gone in and ordered food and it was under done. I went in for the last time today and even requested they check to make sure my sandwich was cooked all the way through, I didnt realize I had to specify that all my food come out cooked all the way through. I will not be returning since I dont care for food poisoning.

Second star because this coffee/service is usually awesome. Terribly disappointing tonight though. I was served a lukewarm black coffee.. brought it back to wait for a replacement… no apologies or explanation as to why I was served a coffee that must’ve been 8+ hours old.. second cup I brought home was still not “hot” .. had grounds in it and tasted diluted like folgers.
