Visited this caribou this morning for the first time. I grew up coming to caribou and worked at multiple caribous throughout high school and college. I’ve never been treated so poorly by employees. The employee said, “well, we’re busy right now so that’s too large of an order” when I said I don’t mind waiting she said “well you need to wait a long time.” Then, she proceeded to tell other employees not to fill our coffees until other customers were served. My husband and I were the only two people of color in the store at this time. Getting our morning coffee for us and a few others felt pointed, charged, and racially motivated. I will not be coming to any caribou again in the future and will encourage my social circle to stay away also.

Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Espresso cooler with Oreo mix-in was tasty & gave me the alertness I needed for my day. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the location and time it takes in and out of the parking lot. If in a rush I would pick another location with a quicker in and out with drive-thru.

Such a cozy indoor space! Fire place, couch chairs, if only there was no pandemic… The cake pops were first class as was the mocha. The mocha really stood out because of the real chocolate they melt into it. There’s also quite a few different mocha specials to choose one. Highly recommend. Just don’t look at the calorie counter they show xD. Was in my happy place while drinking and eating in the car.
