I’m not sure about other drinks, but the crafted presses are always half full and taste awful. This location is super close to my house so I keep hoping that it’s just an off-day when I get a bad drink, but it’s every time now and I won’t be able to visit this location any longer because it’s honestly a waste of money. I got a drink today and it was so bad that I ended up throwing it away, which is super sad because I don’t like wasting coffee (or the $5 that it cost). I also added a picture of the “medium” caramel crafted press how I received it (half full; it was also chocolate, not caramel). The people are usually very nice, they just don’t know how to make drinks.

I used to be a huge Starbucks fan. I still love going to Starbucks, but this Caribou location makes it hard to go back. First off, the staff are always so friendly and prompt. Secondly, the drinks are always made to satisfactory. Lately I’ve been having to check to see if my coffees are filled to the top at Starbucks..I never have this problem here. The drinks are delicious! Lastly, the environment is perfect for studying or meeting with a friend. Very clean lobby and bathrooms! Love this Caribou location.

Understaffed but you can tell they’re working their butts off. Super nice and willing to help. The new manager Christine said she’s hiring and training lots of new people, so I am giving them some leeway on time and small mistakes. I can’t wait to see what they’re like fully staffed!!

The food and drinks are your basic Caribou (delicious but pricey) but the staff are super nice and very helpful. I never ask for a pup cup but whenever I drive up with my dog in the car, they offer to give me one anyways. Thanks!!
