I go here out of convenience as it is the closest one to my house. The staff are usually friendly. My biggest issue with this caribou is how wrong they get my order sometimes. I don’t know how they get it so wrong and make something that I literally couldn’t have ordered bc I have no clue what it is. On top of getting my order wrong l they are often rude and flabbergasted when I ask them to correct it, which just makes me even more upset then if they had just gotten the order wrong. I am not paying $5+ for a drink that is exactly not what I ordered.
