This location was my home away from home on my trip to Red Wing last week. I was here first thing in the morning and often back again late in the afternoons. Really love the ambience of this place but mostly, some of the nicest and friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered at a coffee place. I’m home now and already kinda miss it. Have the iced cold press coffee — its REALLY good.

Such a cool Caribou location! It’s a completely brick building with two stories! The upper floor has a small library area you can grab a book and sit down and read. Check it out if you’re in the area!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff were rude. At the end, they grumpily told me that the drinks waiting to be collected were mine (the drinks had been out for five minutes or so). When I said I didn’t think so because the titles they called out weren’t the ones I ordered, they realised they’d made the wrong order. There is no reason to work in hospitality if you aren’t going to give good customer service!

Sad when you pay 6 dollars for a drink and this is what you get. Can’t even fill it up. Probably the amount of a sm in a lg cup. Always love Caribou. Normally extremely satisfied. Maybe its time to give local coffee shops my money.
