I frequent Caribou quite a bit at many of their locations. This location in particular is one of my favorites as it is easily accessible and the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly. Other locations are friendly, but there is something about this location that just is a notch above the others. Either way, no matter which location you visit/frequent, beats the hell out of any other “coffee shop” that isn’t your local “mom & pop” shop. Plus, their cup sleeves typically have some snazzy saying on it. Support Minnesota’s own!!!

Drinks and food were good, but I was disappointed that the gal working the window didn’t let me pick the tip for my purchase. I asked her about it and she stated that she selected no tip. I thought that was a little unfair for her team since I always leave a tip. I also have to trust that she selected no tip and didn’t lie to me since receipts are not given in order for me to confirm what she did.

VERY GOOD SERVICE. And they really know how to do a drive thru ‘Bou here; they ask if you’re a rewards member, they repeat your order back to you AND they have a payment reader “on a stick” that cracks me up but that’s not really relevant…

When you order in the drive thru, I guess you need to tell them you want to use your reward redemption at time of order and not when you click the redeem button on the app when you get to the window. Super annoying. If that’s the case, at least offer to cancel the order and reorder so the customer can use the reward. Literally the only reason I went to caribou

If it wasn’t so cold it would be okay! Been there almost every week for about 2 months. Staff talkative to consumers but are with one another. They should be a little more chatty with consumers. Keeps the place feeling warm.
