Clean, indoor and outdoor seating. Drive-through is usually very busy. Bakery is usually cleaned out mid-day. Employees are nice but act a little burnt out.

Always love my coffee from here. Disappointed sometimes as they run out of plain bagels often. The one thing I will say about this location is the drive thru pavement and location is terrible. You can never get close enough to window due to the hard turns.

Though seemingly well- staffed, it took 25 minutes from the point of ordering to get 2 drinks. To be fair, it seemed as though at least one staff member was new, maybe even first day. When I got to work, I was disappointed to find that my spiced Chai latte had *no* spice. I don’t often splurge on a coffee shop, this was quite discouraging.

I’d go 5 stars if my great service and product had come with a smile. I ordered online about 5 minutes away for 3 drinks. FYI, I know from experience to select walk in instead of drive thru at this location to expedite my order. I pulled in, walked in and my drinks were in the process of being placed in the designated pick up spot for pre-orders. Perfect!
