I recently visited Caribou to have coffee and visit with a friend. The barista was not friendly or welcoming…it seemed that he was rather rude, not interested in creating a welcoming atmosphere, didn’t make eye contact, and looked totally disinterested. I ordered an Americano with a touch of heavy cream. The coffee reflected this lack of interest in satisfying the customer…, it was.weak and lacked much taste . Hate to leave a review like this, butI was so surprised finding this level of service at a Caribou.

Honestly the best lil hub to get tea on every person in Stillwater. I know everything about every single one of the staffs co-wokers and classmates (by name) now. It was very informative. The most positive thing that was said was about a customers dog. I mean I get it, dogs are universally innocent right? Service was good, just wish the staff didn’t talk so loud.

I personally work at a caribou, and we’re supposed to be super good at customer service and just greeting people in general. Walked in today and the team member running the register was super unfriendly, and i had to remind them to put in my rewards number, they also didn’t give me the employee discount after i stated that i worked at a caribou twice. This wasn’t the first time we have had bad customer service at this location, it usually happens about 50% of the time. My drink was great, and bagel was good too, forget to give me a knife tho.
