2nd time in a row, my adult son and I have been to this Caribou off White Bear Ave & Cty Rd D, off 694, and for the 2nd time we have had to wait more than 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be heated up! If you walk in to order, you better be prepared to wait a while because the only customers that matter are the drive-thru customers. I was standing there being ignored even after one of the baristas made eye contact until I apparently looked annoyed enough for someone to ask me what we were waiting for. There were 6 people back there working on drive-thru orders with 2 inside customers standing around. Like I said, this was the 2nd time in a row. I guess we will have to go to a different location to see if the inside customer service is any better or we will just Ave to frequent a competitor coffee shop.

Came here this morning (early) to meet with with a long time friend. We used to come here many years ago to meet up, and do gatherings in their private room early mornings too. Ordering our morning drinks went smooth, and service was quick. We wanted to catch up in private, but noticed the paper on the doors stating ‘reservations only’. We were the only customers there at the time, so we thought to ask if we could use the room. The kid behind the counter said no we couldn’t. We have to make a reservation, and I asked if we had to pay to use the room – which he says we do. Smh… Only customers this morning, and you have to pay to reserve the room now? Shrugged it off, and just said whatever to that. Things changed much after COVID, but it is what it is. Still enjoyed the drinks, and the conversations held there. Maybe next time, I’ll have to pay and reserve that room just to meet in private.

Asked if I could get my shift drink because some other caribous have let me have mine, cashier gave me the most disgusted look and scoffed at me and said “um no-???” then i asked for my employee discount and she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered 2 nitro highrises in one large cup so i wouldn’t have to carry 2 small cups and she looked at me rudely and said sure then I received two large cups 1/3 filled with “nitro” which I don’t even think is nitro because it tastes NOTHING like a nitro high rise, it’s extremely watered down and bland. Never have had a nice experience here, the workers are always rude or barely speak to you and that’s saying a lot considering i also work at a caribou. Not cool, no wonder y’all only got 2.5 stars

I do love the blended coffee here and breakfast food. The problem is bad service. The lady laughing at me coz she can’t barely hear me and don’t understand what my order is. She Acting like it was my fault. After that day I never come back this place.

Actually used to work here. Great overall enviroment and atmosphere. They also have 2 meeting rooms available to use however, it must be reserved by purchasing a gift card (25$, prices may have changed).

The staff is amazing! My favorite drink is always made with love and care! ( XL cold press, white chocolate, half and half, malt). They always blend it so there are no chunks of malt! I always feel special when I go there, they recognize my order and me when I go. It reminds me of my small town in Wisconsin where everyone knows your name!! Thank you Caribou staff for always making my day!

I love the staff at this location. (County Rd D and White Bear Ave) Things have been rough for them during the pandemic and the hours have been a little crazy but they are always friendly anyways. They know my drink order by now and it comes out perfectly every time. I look forward to my afternoon Caribou pick-me-up each day. Yum!
