Everytime I go to this location, the people who work here are always super nice and know what they’re doing. I always order a london fog with oat milk, and it seems like there is always an inconsistency in how much they charge and how it’s made at every other location. Here, they are consistent and knowledgeable and I greatly appreciate that.

Ordered a large coffee in two small cups and was told by the barista that I would have to pay for two smalls because I would have to pay for the additional cup and “a lot of people try to do that”. Literally was just trying to share a cup of coffee with my mother. At the time I was an employee at Caribou Coffee, but am no longer. It’s sad that they keep employees with this kind of attitude that accuse their customers of trying to cheat the system. I go to the one across the street nearly every Saturday and always ask for the same thing and they have no problem with it, but I refuse to visit this location ever again.

While visiting this store this morning, I had the new Salted Caramel Budino Cooler made for me. As the barista was about to give the coffee to me, she made a comment that they needed to start straining their coffee mixture. Sure enough, I get to work and start drinking my drink and it is full of coffee grounds and the bottom is full of grounds. I don’t enjoy chewing my coffee. This was my very first visit to this store and I could not be more disappointed. I WILL NOT return to this location, instead I will go out of my way to have to find the client service that every location should strive to give.

I’ve been coming to this store since I started attending college in the area. The staff have consistently been helpful, friendly and fast, and both the managers and staff know me by name. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there, and couldn’t recommend this particular Caribou more highly!
