My friend and I stopped by Caribou and ordered some drinks, she ordered a medium raspberry green tea with bubbles with no ice. When the lady handed her the drink, it had ice in it so she asked for one with no ice. The lady apologized, took the drink back, and made a new one. This one had no ice, but it was a size small, so my friend asked for the correct size. The lady at the drive through made it very clear that she was upset about this when she snatched the drink back and made another one. This order was correct, but when the lady handed my friend her drink, she said nothing and instantly slammed the window shut and proceeded to walk away while my friend was trying to ask for a straw to go with her drink. The staff from inside saw us at the window waiting to ask for a straw and did nothing but stand there and give us dirty looks until they got tired of us backing up the drive thru. One of them finally came back over and gave us our straw. We drove off, but my friend bought a drink that I don’t think was even made correctly. I’ve never seen green tea that looks like this and tastes like coffee, but that’s just me I guess ‍♀️ We spent money and didn’t get what we paid for, we won’t be back.

Laziest location. They don’t even write out the choices for the daily trivia question sometimes. Just the question. Also if you ask for a water with your order they ALWAYS forget. They’re not friendly or accommodating.
