This Caribou location is one of my favorites! The staff are friendly and efficient. It is usually busy or has people sitting, but there is about 8 tables plus chairs. Outdoor seating is available.

This staff has there stuff together! We have 3 caribou coffee locations that are closer to our house but they cant seem to make a caramel high-rise. The customer service is phenomenal, the environment is welcoming, and (most importantly) the coffee is made correctly every time. Thank you to the staff for all the care you put into every order and for making sure that everyone on ypur team knows how to make the drinks on the menu accurately. You guys ROCK!

This place gets my drink right a whopping 50% of the time, not to mention they are closed almost everytime I come. Unfortunately the Robert street location was closed early today so I was stuck with being disappointed by this location once again smh.

My six year went into the Caribou and the workers were so kind to him! The cashier was kindly making suggestions just because my six year old son nor I knew what to get! The workers knew what would be good for my son! My son tried the coffee less cookies and cream cooler! He took one sip and said, “mom! This is so good! This is definitely out of my league!” I have no idea where he learned how to talk like this but I was happy that he didn’t waste money! It was the customer service that made the difference! Thanks Caribou Staff!

Tried collecting a free coffee perk with my order at the register. She said there was a new process and I could only redeem when ordering through the mobile app now, so on and so on. I just got my free coffee at another caribou and they said that has never been their process.
