This Caribou makes the most inconsistent drinks. Every Sunday I get a Latte , every Sunday it is a different shade , almost every time it tastes like milk with espresso coloring. What about a measuring device is so difficult to use ? This was the last Sunday I come here and get a 6 dollar glass of milk. I never have this problem with the Caribou off 13 a mile away. And people want higher minimum wages ? Really ….

Overall experience was okay but the worker taking my order was very terse and unfriendly. I didn’t even order what I wanted to because she rushed me through my order not allowing me to specify what I did want. The beverage was good but not what I wanted. The other staff were friendly but I definitely got the vibe the cashier didn’t want to be there. Even my friend was treated rudely by this individual. I prefer Caribou over Starbucks so I will always frequent a Caribou first, but I may elect to go to another one locally next time.

Terrible customer service from a particular male employee. I should have caught his name but he clearly hated his job. Not to mention he made my Mocha so hot it immediately scalded my tongue. I work at Starbucks and my brother and girlfriend work at caribou so I just want to say that I know terrible service and this was definitely it. Won’t be coming back and I suggest to others choosing a new Caribou for higher quality service.

Really nice employees. Don’t order nitro. If you let it settle for a minute or two, they have their machines set so you on get just under half a cup. If nitro is what your wanting, go to an independent shop or Starbucks.
