Service was fine but drinks were poorly made. My regular coffee was lukewarm even though I was there early, around 6:00 a.m., so it should have been fresh. My spouse’s iced latte was watery before any ice melted, almost like the barista used watered down skim milk (in case skim isn’t thin enough as it is). Disappointing.

I asked for an iced hot chocolate which is more like ice cream and they gave me a hot chocolate with ice in it and it tasted like watered down chocolate milk. I love Caribou but this one disappointed me. They always get my order right at the one I usually go to but this location disappointed me.
