What a great location and this store opens at 530am which helps with early risers. It’s also a bigger location with plenty of seating and a closes off room from all the noise. Plus the staff greeted with smiles which is awesome to see at 530am. The best Caribou I’ve ever been to!

Had a great experience on a stressful day thanks to Kaylee (no idea on spelling). I was in the cities for a wedding, trying to get coffee for everyone, and got all kinds of lost on the roads/ran late because of wrong turns. She even helped me carry my order out to the car. Thank you for not making me feel like a nuisance when I had questions and was trying not to hold up the line!!

Don’t know much about the food, but I absolutely love the coolers, with extra espresso. The baristas are so sweet. It is a very busy place at times. They do a good job of keeping the drive thru moving along.

I love Caribou. The atmosphere here was exactly what I’d expect. I tried something new and it was nasty. I’ve never had that experience before. Not sure if it was the drink or me. I talked to a barista about it and I came across as a burden. They gave me a brewed coffee instead, which was good. Doesn’t take much to make people feel valued.

Tbh, I dont care about the coffee quality they serve, as long as it smell like coffee it is fine to me. But the wifi speed here bring tear of joy to my face, not even here, Caribou in general has really good wifi. I highly recommend this Caribou solely for their wifi speed, 25mb/s, trully worth it. People keep saying their coffee is overpriced or you dont pay the coffee, you pay for the experience. Then this is the experience I want at my coffee shop, high speed wifi.

This is my go-to location and yet one of the most frustrating locations. I think they are short staffed, but they are rude to me about it like it’s my fault. I typically order online and pick up, but there’s been several instances where what I ordered is no longer available and when I get there to pick up I’m ignored and then treated like I did something wrong on purpose. I’m not sure…I’ve had several strange/rude interactions with employees there. It’s a semi-convenient location but ugh they could use some fine tuning.

So I have gone here for years and now they are trying to change how my drink I rang in. Have talk to corporate many times and they have said it is fine to ring in my drink the way I do but the staff and new manager refuse to do it. So will be contacting coprate again. They are always cool. Thanks again oakdale for no coffee for working a 16 hour shift. Mind you I drink 2 a day and spend 20 a day there. Not anymore finding a new store.
