Although the staff was friendly, they are way more invested in the folks in the drive through. After watching more than 10 cars get served before us and our same breakfast order get made three time for people in their cars who were probably still at home when I ordered inside. Just because you got out of your car and went inside doesn’t mean you’re in any less of a hurry. 18 minutes for two drinks and a pre-made breakfast sandwich and souffle. After we had to ask where our order was. Disappointed

I’ve been coming here very often & never really had a bad experience other than today. I went through the drive through & ordered normally what I get, a coffee & sandwich. They didn’t have any sandwich item from the menu but that didn’t really bother me. I subbed it out for a bagel. I got my things after waiting for about 5-7 minutes for them to defrost my bagel and pulled off. I went to eat it less than 3 minutes later because I don’t live far. The iced coffee was luke warm , the bagel wasn’t even cut down the middle . Now I’m not saying they’re supposed to but I just found it strange.

Usually the service here is good… but today I went around 10:40 and there was no one in the drive thru and barely any cars out front. I was told to wait and waited for about 5 minutes until they took my order in the drive-thru. And then I asked about the 10% sale right now for nurses and teachers and I work in healthcare. I was told they offer it at this location but it is not on the system? It says they also offer it on the app, I would call this false advertising. Don’t say you have it and don’t allow me to use it. And then I waited a while to pay for my drink as well. Usually the service is amazing even when it is busy so I’m not sure what happened today.

I tried something new -oat milk in my Hot White Chocolate Mocha coffee. Let me tell you guys, BEST HCM I’ve ever had, SO good. I ended up sharing it with my friend at work because HER Caribou, from a different location that morning, had messed hers up. She agreed it was super delicious. Ironically, my order was exactly what she had ordered, so it all worked out. Great job!!! 10/10!

Caribou is great! Only one small thing, often they overlook my request for light ice….no big deal it’s just that I want to actually drink what I am paying for vs having a bunch of ice in my cup w/ a splash of coffee. Thanks guys!
