I go out of my way to come to this Caribou location because the service and quality is unmatched! I order the same thing almost everyday and they are very consistent with their orders! I’ve been to other locations and my coffee just doesn’t taste the same! My kids also get excited and love saying hi to the lovely ladies in the drive thru as they are always so sweet to them! I can genuinely say my mornings always feel a little bit brighter after stopping here in the morning!

This chick scanned my card when I said it was the first time using it, wanted to make sure my vanilla gift card didn’t need a pin there. My total was 50$ on my gift card. I had a total of 5.67$ at caribou off round lake. This chick tipped herself, not on my behalf. Really pisses me off. I’m a mail carrier, if I want to tip you for your hard work, I will. But when I drove to you to get my meal, a single bagel, I don’t believe you get to choose if you get a tip or not. It’s not your choice. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. If you want more money, come work with usps, great money, but don’t steal from innocent people.

SO HAPPY THEY HAVE A JUST EGG FLATBREAD! It was very good and finally a fast food place did a vegan option right. Not only is the just egg vegan but it has vegan cheese already on from order. Which makes it vegan as is, No dumb substitutions or removals needed. Amazing job Caribou!

Too expensive. For a small iced turtle mocha with white chocolate …$5.99. Plus tax!! Half of that cup is ICE!! AND it still melted too quick to be delicious. I didnt finish it and wasted my money. They dont have donuts anymore. Wasted my money because I had to go to Dunkin to get my toddler a donut anyway! Will never go here again. They converted all their drinks to powder mixes, and they are NOT the same. NOT WORTH IT.

Worst drive through in the history of Caribou! Who ever thought to put a busy coffee shop on the corner of a strip mall and a stop light was not using their thinking cap! I realize this isn’t the shops fault entirely but maybe they shouldn’t even have drive through as an option here.

I literally go to this location almost every morning on my way to work. So much that the staff has began to recognize me and remember the stuff I like. It’s very refreshing to go somewhere in the morning where the staff are always upbeat and happy. For coffee they can be a little pricey, but the customer service and quality is worth it for me!

My husband and I stop here often, mostly the drive through. We both enjoy the coffee drinks. However the last two times we stopped they had NO milk alternatives for me. I am allergic to dairy so ordered a regular coffee. If this happens one more time I think we will be stopping elsewhere for our coffee drinks.
