Caribou is my go-to for hot tea. The tea was a bit stale, but the service made up for it! I used a gift card and I didn’t realize that it didn’t cover the total, so I was short $.07. I was going outside to grab the change, when the cashier (Endiya?) said that she would use her own money to cover it for me. It was such a sweet gesture and it made my day!

This used to be a regular go-to for Saturday evening group events, and the staff were very courteous and accommodating as such. However, the shorter hours make it impossible to do these events anymore, and I am hoping they go back to being open until 8 or 9 pm on Saturday evenings in the near future.
