Scooters is my new go to place for coffee, since caribou decided to get rid of my blended dragonfruit drink. The quality of coffee at caribou in big lake has gone down hill, and you always are rushing people through the drive through. Not very welcoming at all, sincerely, former long time customer.

Went here yesterday for my usual iced coffee but got an unpleasant surprise that now causes trauma every time I think about an iced coffee. There was a dead fly right on top of my coffee floating and completely visible. Did not notice at first and I already drank some of the coffee.

So I had just ordered 5 shots of espresso paid for it left, I looked in the cup and I had barely any espresso, so I went back through the line and re ordered “2” shots of espresso. Tell me why I got more from my two shots at 2.28, then 5 shots at 4.80 somthin. This happens alot when I order espresso getting a ridiculously small ammount of espresso for 5 dollars

Been coming here a lot and a few different times we have had wrong orders or orders like this. This is a large crafted press and it’s not even filled to the top. It’s a medium in a large cup. They speak to fast and don’t listen when trying to give them our phone numbers. No longer will go to this location.

Only the second time I have visited here but both times I’ve received lukewarm drip coffee. Must be a quality control issue because no other Caribou locations allow for this because they’re supposed to use timers. I do not recommend you stop here even though it may be convenient.

Cabin location. Going down hill quick. Not sure why we can not get quality businesses in Big Lake. Quality and consistency are horrible at this cabin which is weird as they have a machine that makes the coffee now. Half the time they are crabby here and act like they are forced to be there. I’ll drive into Monticello or the Dine in location in from now on. 90 percent of the employees here are crabby all the time. Not sure why I keep leaving tips. They aren’t earning them. I been here 100s of times and from now on will go elsewhere or Kwik Trip. Caribou your coffee use to be worth it.

I was there late Monday afternoon and ordered a hot campfire mocha. I was the only customer in line. The guy at the window handed me what felt like something ice cold but in a hot cup. I opened it up and it was cold milk with whipped cream. No toppings. Nothing. I went back and asked them if they heard my drink correctly and they replied YUP to which I had to explain what I recieved. They remade it and said nothing. Looking at the reviews, I’m not the only one who recieved a “cup of milk” and terrible service either. The morning girls are usually wonderful but I can’t say the same about the evening crew. Very disappointing…
