Love this location! The staff is so kind and helpful. When you are a regular they remember you and your drink choice. I always know I’ll be treated great here. On the rare occasion my drink is not made correctly (we’re all human – it happens), they are quick to fix it at no charge.

Love this caribou but the last two times I’ve gone they don’t fill my drink completely. I’m paying for a large to get more coffee not to get a large cup with the same amount as a medium, and no I did not drink anything out of it when photo was taken.

How ridiculous is this? Large mocha that isnt even close to full for $6.50 and an XL cold press that is just over half at over $6!? I asked at the window about the cold press and she said her GM said that’s how it is with no ice. I can understand not filling it up, but when I got home, I poured it into a 20 oz cup and it was full so 12 oz is ice!?! Why even have the XL if you only put a large quantity in it? Or charge me the extra 30 cents to fill it up!

This place is nasty , drinks does not taste the same anymore, I just cannot keep coming here , and risking getting such a nasty drink! Came today for a nitro caramel high rise , it was TERRIBLE tasted sooo watered down . Won’t be back

Biggest takeaway: The guy taking orders at drive up needs some lessons on customer service. He was not very nice, no thank you, just plain rude. Drinks were good but had to wait quite awhile. I just wish I could have the guy listen to a playback at how rude he was. The owner would not be too happy.

A great place to stop for coffee when biking through the Elm Creek trail system. It’s become ritual for me to first stop down at Cafe Donuts, grab a donut or two to go from there, and come over and have a cup of coffee at Caribou with my donuts. The staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful as well.

Coffee is always good as are the employees but there is a problem if you park near the door and the drive thru line gets long. I would suggest parking away from the door so u don’t get trapped. The new blue ‘wander’ cups are beautiful.

Emily is amazing! I heard her interaction of the previous customer’s order. Literally everything went wrong. The customer was trying to get water free by asking for it in a cup, ordering starbucks specific drinks, they were confused/rude the entire time, and were on the phone the entire order. Emily could not have handled the situation more skillfully. She was extremely professional, polite, and it was so impressive!
