This location has SOME very attentive and respectful staff and I have had good experiences here HOWEVER typically only when I order food and go through the drive thru. Some staff did admit that management does not train them appropriately and a lot of times don’t even teach them ingredients for new drinks. This feels a lot more like a management issue then a staff issue, as when asked to correct an issue the staff was very apologetic and made a new drink with lightning speed and it was correct. 9/10 staff 2/10 management.

Staff is great. Just disappointed in their product. XL crafted press, by the time I drove 2 miles home 1/4 of it disappeared. I’d be disappointed if a beer had a head like that and it’s half the price.

I was the only customer at the counter and I waited there for over 5 minutes…I was never greeted or acknowledged that I was there. The 2 guys that were working saw me but chose to continue taking multiple drive-thru orders, instead of taking my order. I used to go here 2-4 times a week. If they can’t even acknowledge a customer, I’m not going to bother giving them any more money. There is a Starbucks a block away.

To the owner of this Caribou, they close before three o’clock, I know bc I’m there before 3 and they are not open, I’m talking 230-245pm all closed, also I just encounter one of you unpleasant employees, the one with tattoos on her face not judging but I didn’t catch her name, again it looked like it was closed at 2pm so I drove through, she came to the window I was apologetic thought they where closed, she snaps at me and doesn’t ask me but tells me to go around and put my order whilst I was right there at the window, I was like all I want is a large herbal tea, she slammed the window and gave me so much attitude, she really need to work on customer service if I’m paying over 4dollars for an herbal tea.

I woke up at 3 AM to bring my son to the airport. I stopped at this Caribou on my way home and arrived a few minutes before they opened, so I waited in my car. When the woman who is working unlocked the door at 5 am when they open, I walked in to order a coffee. The woman who unlocked the door, in a very nasty tone, said, “you couldn’t wait until we turn the lights on?“ I knew I was there right when they open, but didn’t expect such a nasty greeting. Horrible attitude, the opposite of good customer service. Walked out and got my coffee down the road, where I was greeted with, “Good morning! How can I help you today?”

I arrived here for a moment of respite during one of my “Vision quests”. My therapist says I should start calling them what they really are: week long benders, but I digress. After being politely informed this wasn’t a Wendy’s, I requested a breakfast sandwich that they would think is as close to a Baconator as possible. I think I also ordered a Hot Apple Butt Blast or something. The fireplace area is nice and cozy, and I enjoyed the area all to myself after a Mother and child left quickly at my presence. Soon, with crumbs of my sandwich covering my shirt, I slumbered. I was awoken with the poking of a broom stick. The employee Leah informed me I needed to leave, they close at three. She was alright, I think I tipped her but it might have been a page of my vision quest notes. Don’t read it it might contain terrible secrets.
