Great staff! I came in on a very hot day today and felt like I was about to fall over (forgot my lunch AND my water!) only one barista was working at the time, but she was nice and got me my bagel and iced coffee fast and well, along with free ice water. Thanks for saving the day!

Great place, but on Saturday I had to take my hot coffee out to drink in the car when it closed at 5.00pm. wouldn’t it be good to have somewhere to meet people in the evening and have a drink and a snack that wasn’t in a noisy bar! I recall that several years ago this place was open until 9.00pm and buzzing with people of all sorts. This should be an option for all neighborhood coffee shops.

The “GM” as he called himself, was extremely rude. I work at a gas station down the road from this location and each month we’re asked to go to other gas stations to compare prices of certain things like, coffee, milk, coke those type of products. Every few months we’re required to go to caribou or lakewinds and get prices, this month I needed to go to caribou to get coffee prices. I had waited till no one was in line and even let people in front of me so I wasn’t holding anyone up. I asked nicely for prices of just plain coffee, and he very rudely told me to download the app and look at prices that way, and walked away. Then when I didn’t move and people started lining up behind me, he came back and told me the prices were on the app and that there was no way be would ring up the prices and tell me the prices, he told me he’s never heard of anyone asking for prices and he’s “GM” even though the other staff recognized me. He then told me to move out of the way. All I wanted was to know the cost of coffee. Instead I was rudely talked to, ignored, and told to move out of the way. I’ve never seen him there before, and this was not my first time doing a price survey there. I’ve been there many times for prices and the other staff has always been super welcoming and nice and willing to help. But not this guy. I especially made sure all customers we’re helped and no one was in line, so people weren’t waiting on me. It didn’t matter though. He was extremely rude.

Their coffee is not bitter at all. I’ve never had a problem at any Caribou Coffee place. We winter in Texas, NO CARIBOU there. 🙁 Try their chocolate covered beans with your coffee. I buy bags of them to last me through the winter. Great Place.

Caribou is a great place to grab a coffee while you work. The staff are friendly and helpful. Seating is limited when it is busy. There are many seats with electric nearby to plug in devices. It can get loud when it is busy.

Ordered a simple Mocha…espresso, milk and chocolate….nothing fancy or special in the drive through. Should have known I made a mistake when she asked me if milk chocolate was ok. I go 5 miles from the place, took a sip and found out I paid for straight coffee!! If you’re going to hire people, make sure they know the difference in products!!
