I’m gonna call out the barista‘s who were working 14 December. I had done a mobile order and when I got my mobile order the drink wasn’t even full it was like there’s like an inch of room in my cup?(not good impression) And I work at Caribou(1128) myself, and as a fellow barista I’m a little disappointed in their drink quality because this does not need customer standards at all. Now I knew I came in a little later than my drink was supposed to be taken but I would’ve assumed they would’ve filled the rest with ice or at least topped it off. Maybe you all should work a little harder on your drink quality.

Always a good variety of different kinds of beverages and light eats. Drive through times always impress me, very quick for custom-made drinks and goodies. I like the Northern lights line of beverages which taste as good as the full sugar and calorie equivalents. They’re always flexible to be somewhat custom with your drinks which is always nice.

I always enjoy this location! The coffee is great as well as the non-caffeinated options. I also recommend trying one of this breakfast sandwiches or their fresh pastries that they sell behind the counter. There are several places for you to receive and enjoy these delicious options such as the outdoor dining, the inside dining, and the drive through. Try it out!

I visited this location this morning and I continue to be disappointed by caribou coffee lately. I ordered two large iced caramel high rises, one with plant milk instead of dairy milk, and everything seemed fine. I paid and thought that maybe the price of the coffee went up, but didn’t question it. After I pay, the barista comes to the window and informs us that they can’t make a cooler with oat milk. I responded with a clarification that they meant a caramel high rise and they responded, “yeah”. I was confused but okay. But when they handed us our drinks, they were not iced caramel high rises, but instead a blended cooler coffee (with dairy milk may I add).

One of my favorite Caribou Coffees to stop at! They have a drive through and a food menu. Although there is always at least a handful of customers in the store, for both inside and the drive through I almost never have to wait in line. They are quick!

First time going into a Caribou shop ever. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, super clean. It’s structured very much so like a Starbucks. There’s also a large communal bench good for doing work. Great place to hangout.

I put in a mobile order at 9:48 and didn’t receive my coffee until 10:10 (only after asking about the status). Complete disfunction behind the counter with 5 people wandering around. This is the second time I have waited more than 10 minutes for a drink.
