I’ve been coming here for about 10 years. I’m not sure what has happened within the last year, but the drinks are not made the way the used to anymore. The customer service is a hit or miss… And the drive thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get through so plan for that. Might have to start going to another location if this one can’t get it together. ☹️

Came in at 11.50a on a Friday. One person at drive thru window, one customer had picked up drink ( her order was complete). She stood and visited with the barista, while I was ignored/unacknowledged. Terrible customer service, lost my sale as I walked out and will go elsewhere. I worked for Caribou for 10 years – would not treat customers that way!

We just stumbled across this Caribou location. It is not easy to see and the parking lot is a little tight. They are fairly quick at getting your order complete accurately. The store was clean and organized when we went through and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
