I went through the drive thru today and got home to see my bagel was completely burnt. That’s sad a worker thought that was okay to give someone. You would have literally saw it when you were putting on the cream cheese. If this was a restaurant there’s so no way they would send that out.

Unfortunately – keeps going downhill. Coffee’s are rarely ever filled all the way – usually 3/4 or less. The last two times I got a bagel with cream cheese they had next to nothing on it – so skimpy and cheap. Waist of time and money. Being that there are many good coffee options in the area, it is easy for me to walk away from here and go to Mocha Monkey where at least my drinks are full and orders are correct. Caribou has never been my “go-to”, but now it is my “never go-to”.
