a few days ago I stopped in and ordered a decaf northern lite latte and took it to go so I didn’t taste it before I left but man do I wish I would have. The drink tasted sour. I ended up having to just dump the whole large drink and waste my money. Either the decaf coffee had been sitting around for days or the milk was bad. It was disgusting.

Was here with my family. My mother in law ordered a raspberry latte. However, after she tasted it the raspberry flavor was very light, almost difficult to tell there was any in the drink. The folks working behind the desk would not add a little more raspberry unless we paid $0.43 extra! Thanks Caribou for the great customer service!

This review is partly this location, partly Caribou overall. Disappointing overall experience. The attitude from the gentleman on the register was quite strong. I didn’t think my questions were unreasonable (do you have anything like yogurt or fruit) but all were greeted with an eye roll and as though he had better things to do. I also ordered a large only to realize they have a larger size…but you wouldn’t know because their menu doesn’t include sizes. The display case looked old and tired, the attitude sucked, and their menu isn’t what it used to be. Probably not going to return…
