Ok half of the time I go to this location the crafted press is basically water… it’s close to my house so I still go. Then today my husband and I ordered large iced and they are only half full, which is so annoying when you pay $6 for a coffee. They actually taste okay today though, I just wish there was some sort of consistency.

I’m completely baffled at how old a store is rated, so highly, but I’m going to put my experience anyways

I really enjoyed coming to this Caribou location. The coffee cooler was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was almost on par with a Dunn Brothers breakfast sandwich!

I always go to this caribou and don’t really have bad experiences but lately when I order my drink online for walk in my orders have been messed up twice and when I back up to the desk to ask them to redo my order they messed it up again and my boyfriend went up there today and I got hot chocolate and it was spilling out of the cup it was leaking and everything I have had it with caribou but I still go because it’s right up the street and the customer service is not as good either

Absolutely the worst caribou coffee location ever. Do not ever come here. I’ve never waited 30 minutes for my drinks and didn’t even get them. Got our refund and left. There were 4 people (Including “manager”), and only one guy making drinks, and nobody else was helping, the other workers didn’t do a single thing. And I used to work at Caribou, when you have 30+ drinks to make (Which they had) you do it all together and helping each other, INCLUDING the manager. The worst manager ever, have no idea how she even got this job.

Barista was extremely rude when we walked in because our curbside was not working. Very disappointing as a former employee): wanted to start our day off with a nice coffee and breakfast and sure started out sour after that interaction all because we walked inside. Shorter young woman with dark hair. Do better be better, wish I wouldn’t have tipped before having an interaction.

This is the worst caribou but not only that it has the worst service I have ever experienced. My mom, sister, and I stopped in to just get a couple drinks and snacks. There was no one else in the store when we got there. The lady at the front counter who had reddish dyed hair was very quiet when we were kind and trying to talk to her but that’s not the problem. After taking our order and after us getting our drinks and one of our food items from the end of the counter, we were walking towards the door when I stopped to ask if it were possible to have a tiny cup of whip cream for my dog in the car. She cut me off and told me they no longer do that unless I wanted to pay extra which is absolutely not true because I go to three caribou locations around my home and they all still give us whip cream in a tiny cup if we ask. Then my mom noticed we didn’t get one of the food items we ordered so she asked if we could get it and the lady interrupted her, snapped at her and told her she was already aware we were missing an item but she can’t do anything because she can’t move. Which for one how on earth were we suppose to know that. She could have simply said “oh yes my coworker is on it!” Also there was absolutely no need for the attitude at all as we were extremely polite and happy the whole time. This lady had reddish dyed hair and was crouching behind the bakery counter. If she had a wheel chair or truly couldn’t move we honestly couldn’t see it. I also am disabled and utilize a service dog to be functional in public so I get it. It gets old telling people you can’t do certain things but when you work in a job where people don’t clearly know that you can at least be kind and say “Oh My coworkers on it already”. Please educate your employees on how to be polite. I don’t understand how someone that rude and snarky could be working a customer service job.
