The wait is long in the store even if no one is waiting. The employees don’t say “hi” back when you greet them and look quite unenthused. During my 10 minute wait saw an employee who was leaving saying bye to coworkers behind the counter who sneezed next to where my drink was made and then the person making my drink had super long acrylic nails on! Oh the lack of sanitary!! Gah I wish for my $16 back! yuck! Just a dead vibe here, I had wished for more from such a lovely looking store. Oh management, get your team together!

The drive thru took an hour, a full hour of sitting in my car waiting in the drive thru line for my order that i placed ahead of time on the app. Then when I finally reach the window they try to only give me one of the 4 items i ordered. Took them another 15 min to figure out where my order was THEN I get home and see my sandwiches have plastic in the food. Im done with Caribou forever or at least this location. Horrible.

Dinning room was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Met mom for coffee to catch up, nice furniture and decor. After we sat down I noticed all the sandwiches on the menu, will have to try one next time.

The Pony craze
Workers are lazy as hell. Cashier said they “couldn’t make” northern light cooler blended, but every other caribou does it? Then they somehow could and I ended up with the pictured drink. Took way too long to get 4 things. Oatmeal was literal water and oats. Never going back.

I went to the drive through and the lady made me feel so rushed based on how she talks throughout the conversation. So when I finally pulled up to the Window to pay, the African-American girl was nice and apologizes on her behalf after I told her that the lady who took the drive thru orders was so rude and made me feel so rushy and to let the person know. And my bagel she sliced sucks. As you can see. That’s not even considered sliced in half.

10 min to get to the window, and I’m the only one in line at 1:30 pm, 10 more min to clarify my order at the window, and I drive away and my coffee still isn’t right. This has happened more than once to a regular customer who orders the same thing every time. What’s wrong with this picture? #NOTcomingBack
