This place was great! The coffee, atmosphere, service, bathrooms, and price were all great! My family came here on a road trip and after finishing some of the coffees before heading out we asked for some regular coffee and were willing to pay but we got two free cups of regular coffee for free! The service here was exceptional!! I got a dairy free almond milk mocha that was one of the better dairy cree drinks I have had. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone!

Just went for a drink. Math was not their strong subject as they overcharged the tip I offered. Then the lid wasnt on all the way when i got it when it popped off while I was driving. Also I hate to say it but the drink wasnt even made well. It just tastes like straight coffee with whipped cream on top. Never had issues with Caribou before, but it’s safe to say I wont return to this one.

It was an overall good experience. This is a Caribou that is drive thru only. The person who took my order made a suggestion that reduced my wait time and caused me to realize that there was a similar item on the menu. They appeared to be running very efficiently. I would recommend this Caribou.

Normally I don’t have a problem when I come to this location. It seems no one besides one individual seems to understand customer service skills. The assistant manager seems to always have an attitude— like today I was cut off from continuing my order & my order was still wrong. The lady who keeps me coming back is a short African American lady. She’s always nice & talks to people . I don’t know if I’ll return to this location
