I frequent various Caribou Coffee’s as I work in multiple areas of the Metro and sometimes need a place to work remotely. My number one concern becomes, does this store have an appropriate amount of outlets for all of us who need to plug in our laptops, chargers, etc. This store is FANTASTIC! There’s a power strip the length of the store; seriously, not a seat in the house that doesn’t have access to at least one plug-in. To top it off, the service is outstanding, and we all know Caribou has great coffee.

I arrived to pick up a already ordered drink online. It was made incorrectly. At this time there was one person taking orders and making drinks.. while Two other ladies were taking out frozen sandwiches laughing and carrying on. As the lady behind the counter is getting more customers, she angrily remakes my drink. I pick it up the lid that she had not correctly put on.. due to rushing I’m sure.. comes off and spills all over me. I had to literally tell the other workers to help that lady and make drink again.. every single time we go to this location. . Which is 2 mins from my home.. it’s wrong. It’s just wrong and awful. Please try harder.

The Unicycling Unicorn
I love Caribou but was disappointed this one wouldn’t use my cup for my cappuccino. Not only does it help save the world but usually you get 10 cents off and all the other Starbucks, Caribou’s and coffeeshops accept reusable cups. Oh and please buy a new toilet seat for the men’s bathroom. Thanks.
