First time was good. Next time, couldn’t even get me the right order. I asked for the Caramel High Rise. WHERE WAS THE CARAMEL. I asked for the Chicken Burrito and got something totally different. Poor customer service. My morning is bad now, thanks Caribou Coffee on campus.

If you messed up my order, that’s fine. But this caribou messed it up then just poured the messed up drink in with the “corrected” drink. If I wanted to get the right type of drink I’d have to pay again. I don’t think my order was too complicated and I always get the same thing “mint condition cooler.” If you mess up, that’s fine, everyone is new at some point. But when you consistently mess up on drinks you’re charging 5 dollars for coffee don’t fix it in a slipshod way and charge me to get a new drink.

Hands down, the worst caribou I have ever been to. I’ve been a student t at the U for 4 years and the quality of drinks has always disappointed. I don’t know what’s wrong with their cold press method but it has continued to taste like the la croix version of cold press for 4 years. They also sometimes only accept cash? The bariatas are nice but wow this Caribou sucks.

The drink was decent here, wasn’t to bad.I can see myself ordering another drink. But the sandwiches is another story. Got a breakfast sandwich, and in the middle the egg was wett n cold. Asked for a replace, they acidentally gave me the wrong sandwich. Than When I told them the wrong sandwich, the 3rd (and correct sandwich) was also had wet and soggy eggs If you get a sandwich, ask if they can double cook it, or cook it with top off so it can cook all the way…smh
