My favorite place to get my coffee. Large turtle mocha cooler with dark chocolate is my preference. Staff are always friendly and provide great customer service. The perks account helps to earn rewards and free beverages. I don’t typically get any of the food but the breakfast sandwiches aren’t bad at all. The building itself is very cozy, comfortable and inviting. If you haven’t been to a caribu, you need to make a trip in my opinion.

I came here often I’m a really big Caribou fan and I love their Nitro high-rise it’s about a 50-50 chance of getting a really good nitro or getting what tastes and looks like burnt coffee with sugar and cappuccino whip cream on top added to it. It very upsetting.

Absolutely amazing service! The employees are EXTREMELY nice and hard working!! I was very impressed at their capability to multitask and be consistent at the same time! They seem to always be busy! I can’t possibly imagine what it’s like handling multiple things at once for long periods of time like them! And on top of that… my drink tasted AMAZING!!! 10/10!!! Service used to be excellent here. The staff is still friendly. However they’re more interested in chatting, than getting drinks out. The drive through is too slow. There is no reason for a line of 10 cars, to take a half hour. My friends and I often drive by. It just takes too long, anymore. This week, I alone, skipped it 3 times. I love coffee. I usually spend around $12-$15. You are easily losing almost $2,000 a year, on just me. Imagine others like me. Even if you only consider 5 customers. That’s still $10k. Is it really worth the money, to pay kids and not teach them to work? If it’s their first job, make it count!
