I ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk. This is the drink I always order no matter where I go. This time the drink looked way different, it was brown instead of tan and there were white chunks in there. And I asked if it was right and she said yeah, the oat milk is chunky. Never has oat milk in any of the drinks I’ve gotten been chunky. And it tastes nothing like a chai latte.

I love Caribou coffee’s their drip has really nice flavor both light and dark. Small latte extra shot is very nice. Much better quality of coffee than the other big chain coffee company my only issue with coffee shops is over pricing of the foods& quality, But hey some people love fast-food Everything in moderation

They routinely make my drink order taste off I get the same exact thing every time at every other location it’s delicious at this one it’s a toss up if it will be right. I try to avoid this one but it has a drive thru and is convenient I’ve told them about the issue a couple times and they remake it but I don’t understand why it’s constantly made to taste gross. The staff is very friendly but it’s very frustrating spending money on something for it to be bad

My drink order got mixed up with another customers – it happens! They were so willing to make it right when I called half an hour later. I came back, got my correct drink PLUS a size upgrade (and they made sure to not put the whipped cream like my original order said but I forgot to mention when I returned). This caribou is a little bit out of my way but will definitely be the one I continue going to! You guys rock ❤️

I’m not one to complain but I do mostly walk in pick up orders and the last 4x they haven’t even looked at what I ordered. They were great before the last several times. I changed the milk chocolate to white chocolate like I do every time. I finally was like “okay this is the 4th time I’ve ordered and it’s been wrong, could you make this with White Chocolate like I ordered please” and she just scoffed and said “ahhhh yeah” I thanked her 3x and she never said another word to me. It came off as very rude to me. When people pay as much as they do for coffee it would be nice if it was made correctly or at the very least please don’t act put out if I ask you the 4th wrong time to make it right.

Got my drink after 4 people behind me got their drinks and stuck my straw through the top but couldn’t even get it in the drink because it was so full of ice. When I asked them to take some ice out, I tried to tell them it was non-dairy (I have an allergy) but they were walking away when I was talking. Now I have a drink that I’m not even sure if I can drink without getting sick. Worst drink service I’ve had at a Caribou. Their drive through might be great but don’t try going inside to order unless you don’t mind feeling like you’re not a priority.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before I even ordered my coffee. Then waited for another 12 minutes after ordering. I got my bagel and it’s burnt to a crisp and seems old. Just go to a different caribou. This one is not worth the wait
