Ordered a Blended Matcha Latte and i got asked if I wanted whipped cream on top i said sure and it honestly tasted a little off and the texture of it was like chapstick it was sticking to my teeth and lips, consistency and taste was way off… Mind you I came 20 minutes before closing i feel like she gave me it because she didn’t wanna throw it away. Anyway I’m extremely sick from the drink. I’ll never come back to this location again

Update: I tried this location again. The regular dark roast coffee was cold. The manager seemed either high, or just didn’t care. Everything was slow as the staff was keen on socializing, as I had to wait at the counter for a bakery item. Usually I would speak up but I decided to see how long it took them to notice a lone customer standing waiting; it was a few minutes. Do yourself a favor and head across the street to Kwik Trip, or down the block to Dunkin’.

I came in today to order my usual, bagel with sausage/cheese. I was rudely informed they don’t do any modifications. Essentially you get what you get. When I told her I’ve ordered the same things several times before, I was told “whatever”. It’s surprising that your establishment doesn’t accommodate people who don’t like eggs or something. I hope you don’t treat every guest this way. Especially those with allergies. I look forward to hearing from non-store personnel in regards to this behavior and my overall experience at this location.
