Service tonight was TERRIBLE!! The girl at the counter barely looked at us, she had to ask us 3 times to repeat our order, because she was busy talking/flirting with 2 male co-workers. Their conversation was very unprofessional. It took her 15 minutes to make 2 drinks, because she was climbing on the counter, standing on the counter, joking with the males! Also, the drinks were poorly made and I’m pretty sure we didn’t get oat milk in the one drink we asked for.

My server was a girl named Skyler, I ordered 3 drinks, a hot caramel macchiato, a hot caramel latte, and a blended caramel high rise. The macchiato tastes like watered down burnt coffee with no caramel, the high rise had no caramel taste to it and was all foamy, and the caramel latte was way watered down. Tasted like Skyler didn’t know what she was doing.. very disappointed with my experience with Caribou Coffee.
