Tryed to order a campfire chocolate mocha coolet at the location in lunds and byerlys acrossed the street and they gave me it iced. I didn’t whant to be rude because she seemed to busy ,so I didn’t ask for her to fix it.instead I whent across the street and asked for the same thing and the girl who took my order,I told her what happened and she was so polite and made me drink quick and correct! So so happy will for now on be going to this one instead!

I’ll skip over the fact that the employee who prepared my drink was talking on their cellphone the entire time I was in the store (including touching the screen with their free hand while they made my drink) and just say the medium Iced Crafted Press was 6 or so swallows of coffee and a whole lot of ice. Pretty disappointing!

I love going to this Caribou specifically. The workers are so nice and are really fast with making the coffee. The coffee is never made wrong and tastes great. The inside of the building is super homey too. Overall a great place to go for coffee.

Overall very good. I’m not a coffee drinker so can’t comment on that but the hot chocolate is very good. The reason for the 3 is that the employees that I have had serving me are so sour faced and not even greeting customers with a smile. I have been there when busy and when not busy so that is not the issue. I know that some customers can be jerks but if you work in a service industry you need to let that go and move on to the next interaction. Obviously if someone is harassing or abusive that is not ok. I hope the manager(s) are supporting their team members so they can be more positive with their customers.
