She was extremely patient while I was taking forever to figure out what I wanted to order since it was my first time ever at a Caribou coffee location. Also, thank you for the travel recommendations of ND. We ended up driving to ND instead of SD to check out the Jamestown Buffalo and are headed towards Enchanted Hwy. Thanks again for the delicious drink and fantastic customer service.

My friend and I stopped here on the way to the eunestone museum in Alexandria. I ordered a turtle mocha cooler and he ordered a nitro latte with milk. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job making our order. You do have to go through the drive through unless you have a online order pick up. I am happy with this location. Caribou is my favorite coffee shop by far.

Come on Caribou, I found this 12 inch long hair in my coffee this morning. It was under the lid and in the coffee and then hanging down from the cup. It’s not my hair as I am bald and it was under the lid. Disappointing.

I always order the same coffee drink it never tastes the same- either burnt coffee- too much caramel and too sweet or sour tasting or chemical flavor which I have to throw away. Worst of all- I order a large and when I take off the lid it’s half full of coffee. Rip off. I stopped going to caribou and stopped by today but won’t go back again- two other coffee brand shops are far better than caribou.

Caribou will always have my heart. I have found no place that can make a drink similar to the iced Carmel high rise and actually nail it. Sometimes grab a bagel breakfast sandwich too and that’s always good. My only complaint..when I travel out of state it’s hard to find one
