Outstanding service!! Very friendly, bright, and cheery. Only one customer in front of me. Short wait. Quick in taking my order and offered me all the options for the three drinks I ordered. Very quick in making my order and the staff was quite busy addressing orders from drive thru as well as in-store. Very impressed with the service. Drinks made to order. No problems. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a coffee shop in a grocery. Very nice. Clean. Plenty of seating options. Very nice and convenient store. They do have drive thru too.

The people working were slow, and seemed pretty lazy. I just wanted a bakery item & coffee. The woman at the window was not personable. My money fell into the car. I’ll get my coffee at home, like I should have. It’s unpleasant to come here.

Sometimes the top of the coffee cup smells like old water which is super gross when your trying to drink your coffee. Not sure why this is but every time I visit my parents and go here the tops always smell bad!!!

It was Veterans Day and the Barista went above and beyond! She treated me like a paying customer, accommodated my wishes AND thanked me for me service. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was working atv8:30 am and I hope you compliment her. Also, thank you Caribou for the generosity, I appreciate it!

Who I believe to be the Manager is very rude. She has no customer service. She Rushes you off. And never uses any polite language. Younger staff is much more friendly. Also the quality of drinks vary when she is working. For example My green tea today is brown and not green. I don’t like to waste, but I can’t even drink it. It’s like straight sugar.

I go here everyday and I’ve had normal mistakes but this morning I was more annoyed than anything I had 4 people In my car and we ordered a large hot chocolate with milk chocolate and a mini hot chocolate and a couple other when we got the drinks it was two mins and I was like this is not what I ordered and she said yes two minis. If you charged me for a mini charge me more for what I really ordered. Don’t be like nope this is it. Not fixing it because they were busy. I’m sorry if I wanted two I would’ve ordered it 2mini hot chocolates not one large and one mini separately. So the adult in my car had a sip (which was gone before we left the parking lot) of cold watered down hot chocolate instead of enjoying a morning drinking her drink.
