Twice recently I’ve ordered a French roast coffee w/cream and received (and paid extra for) a gross over-creamed craft press with sugar. More money and gross. Maybe it’s because the staff can’t hear when you order and you can’t hear them either. The Covid shield , the masks, the noisy machines, and the loud banter and chit chat of the workers – I’ve had to yell to be heard, and apparently they still can’t hear. And it is not just me. The customer in front of me had to yell and repeat himself in order to be heard. Also ordered a bakery treat and it was still thawing from frozen and should have been warmed before serving. They are always crazy busy here and are not taking appropriate time to make sure they get it right. I’d rather wait the extra time and get what I ordered. As convenient as this location is, it’s not worth the money spent.

When I get back them they turn their back and nobody showed up to the order desk! My day went without that refreshing coffee I use to get from other locations! They need to address this and change their approach!

don’t get me wrong I love caribou in sartell, but when it says it’s open till 9 pm and there already closed at 8 pm it’s confusing. so I think they should change their times online so people will actually know when they are open.

I truly enjoy Caribou coffee over anything else, but the last 4 to 5 times I have visited the Sartell location it does not taste like the Caribou I know. I get the same drink almost every time and lately the flavor is gone, what happened? I am craving one now but debating on spending the money at Caribou or just going to the gas station. Please fix the issue.

This is a very nice Caribou coffee, they accidentally gave me milk instead of non dairy in my coffee and they double checked before they gave it to me which is great because I actually have an allergy to milk. Thank you for caring about your job and your customers ❤️

I absolutely love the campfire mochas. Almost addictive . When I can go I do. If your going to work best way to start your day. Employees are awesome always nice. Also if you have a day to yourself and just want to relax I suggest going grabbing a coffee and sit by the fire and enjoy the atmosphere.

Ordered new Matcha bubbles at st cloud store and was perfect! Bought two at the Sartell location and threw them away! They were awful! If you’re going to charge six bucks for a drink then you should learn how to make it!!

I always get a tea/mocha with alternative milk due to allergies. I was in today and was given some drink….unsure what it was, but was not what I ordered. Very disappointed with this and hopefully I won’t get sick. I need to remember to check more closely each time before I leave, if I go back
