I’m a bit back and fourth regarding caribou. It has got so darn expensive so I seldom grab a coffee anymore. At times the service is so slow!…Even when you order ahead. 2 weeks ago I went through drive-thru and it was so darn slow I ended up taking a phone call. A employee finally comes on the speaker and says “I can take your order when you’re finished with your phone call.” It was the way he said it and his tone that I found incredibly rude. My other grip is the removal of products that kids enjoy. 1st you take away the apple blast other than seasonally and now you take away the donuts from this location. Unfortunately it looks like I’ll be frequenting the business even less now. I’m so disappointed.

They were so busy doing them drive-through orders that while I was sitting there, ordering a regular coffee of the day probably the cheapest priced item on the menu from my mobile app and then I just waited to see how long it would take them to say my name for my ol cup of Joe and let’s just say I got distracted on social media on my phone and then when I looked at the time at least 15 minutes past. If not more so I don’t know I guess draw your own conclusion

Every single time I come here my order is messed up, whether it’s the price (which apparently is different every time even though I get the same drink), or they give me a completely different drink than what I’ve ordered, and they keep using my points without telling me. How am I supposed to save points if every time I come through they’re using them. If they are out of cups they won’t compensate for you, they just expect you to pay extra for a size you don’t want. Wait time is so long even if it’s empty inside. Takes an employee at least 5 minutes to notice you’re waiting to order before they acknowledge you because they’re too busy chatting. Every experience here has been super irritating. This specific location ain’t it.

Not very happy I order 3 drinks I got the first 2 then the lady that supposed to make my hot drink walks in back and pits something in her mouth then starts talking with a coworker then coworker sees me standing there asking me what I am waiting for then I say my hot drink… mean while I waited 20 mins for 3 drinks when it was dead inside

Sorry – I couldn’t wait to take a pic! It’s too delicious! Definitely DOES cause happiness! This Caribou never disappoints. The drinks are always fab. Caramel Cooler is my go to. And the boorritos! The ham & cheese burrito is so freaking tasty! The bagels and cream cheese…. Oh my. Mouth is watering! Go get some!
