Waited 15 minutes for the lady to come to the counter. Once she came she skipped me and helped others even though I was first in line. The workers name is Amber. ps: there was no sign that said they’re away or will be back

When the lady is there it’s good, but there is hardly ever anyone working at this location. They always have a sign out that says “Be back in 15 minutes. Went to get supplies” that sign has been up for three days.

I am not sure what has happened, but the service was poor, the drinks were wrong, my wife’s coffee was not drinkable. All in all it was a sad experience. It was great in the past but over the past 6-8 months this Caribou has gone down hill.

I love coming to get my coffee here. I wish it was open at 5am when I go to work. My coffee is always consistent in flavor. I love the campfire mocha. The workers are friendly and have remembered my order which is nice. Abby is a great worker and always has a friendly smile.

I have visited the Caribou on Veteran’s that recently opened about twice per week since opening. Every single order has been extremely slow and 50% of the time there are problems with the order. Today I ordered a small milk hot chocolate with no whip cream in a medium cup and the rest hot water. There was whip cream on it. Another time they gave me mocha and I ordered hot chocolate. Another time I asked beforehand if they had honey because I like mint tea with honey and I would not order it if they didn’t and they said they had honey. After I ordered it they didn’t have any on the table so I asked at the counter and then waited five minutes or more while they checked the truck that just came in that they said it was on. It was not on the truck. So I just got my money back. I have been late for work because it took them so long to get my order and I couldn’t drive away because I was stuck in the drive through. I keep waiting for them to improve but I am starting to think it will not happen.

I love caribou, they are always fast and can work with you on any specialty drink! They have lots of options whether you want a sugar free, low carb, or even dairy free options. And a big bonus because after 2pm they have happy hour which means 1/2 price drinks at all locations that are in Hornbachers!

Caribou is often overshadowed by Starbucks and Dunkin, but in Minnesota, it’s everywhere. Which is great, because in my opinion they have a better selection than the other coffee shops, and their products taste better!
