I’ve visited many of the caribou’s here in town. But this location specifically has the best set of employees I have ever encountered anywhere! They always make you feel welcomed. Their customer service is just absolutely phenomenal! Even when just using the drive-through, just hearing the enthusiasm in their voices through the speaker, just makes my day! I have been using this location every single morning for the last 2 years, since moving to this area. And my experiences get better every single day!

I enjoy Caribou coffee much more than the other very large competing chain. I find their coffee to be smoother and less acidic. The food is also pretty good, but there is not a lot of variety for food options. The only real complaint I have is the atmosphere is fairly generic. I typically take my coffee to go or use the drive-through.

It was about 8:20a on Sun. There were no other cars in line and few cars driving by even. I ordered 2 cups of reg coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 they refused to put the coffee in my own cup (which was clean). So I had to sit on their drive thru and transfer the coffee myself then throw the garbage in their entryway bin. After I drove a way I took a sip. WORST COFFEE EVER I nearly drove off the road it was so bad. Waste of money and time.

Rachael gave me the worst drive thru experience!!! Had to repeat myself 4 TIMES!!! Didn’t check me in at the window like she said she would, didn’t ask me what flavor I wanted in my latte, then on top of it there is a noise that happened randomly so loud it woke up the child in my car no apologies.. and the manager solution for the Lost points was call corporate they will reimburse you welk I did and no they won’t… Will never return
