Coffee & a smile in Bismark is $9. Perfect in every way. Same exact order in Minot will cost you $16. It is served up with a hot serving of eye rolling & destain. Showed receipts and was told corporate raised the prices in Minot. On the same day?

Not impressed with barista. She didn’t ask for perks number. And when I ordered my “large iced tropical green tea”, she asked if I wanted the “green tea lemonade or the iced tropical green tea”. I really don’t understand how I could have been clearer with my order. However, the drinks were made accurately and tasted good, per usual so product 10/10, customer service 4/10.

Just stopped in to get a coffee. First went through the drivethru and sat and waited with no response, then went inside. All the employees were gathered in the store section and when I walked up to the window they shut the lights off, walked back to the group of people and continued to chat with eachother. They did not even acknowledge me. The store closes at 7 pm. I was on the inside trying to order at 6:43 pm. Very rude and unprofessional. Will be going to Starbucks from now on.

Waited for 20 minutes inside, finally was told my Southwest egg white was taking long to “get”. I left after ten more minutes because the place was overrun with customers and a clearly over worked staff that couldn’t keep up. I didn’t even bother telling staff I’m leaving. Told another customer he could have it, he was waiting quite a while as well. $11+ drink I guess and a wasted 30 minutes.

Awful experience every day….Every single time I go here they mess my order up, from burnt coffee, to forgetting every single bag of chips that comes with my order. They can’t make a sandwich if their job depended on it. I always ended up getting a sloppy sandwich. Not one ingredient is correct. You order something special they handle it like your a problem. I will NEVER go back. Only person that works there that does a good job is JACOB.
