3rd time in a month my order has been incorrect. And when I called to report the issue, the manager or supervisor was rude and made excuses instead of apologizing and offering a discount or something that would make up for their error. I get mistakes happen, but it’s how they are handled that makes a huge difference for customers. With new coffee chains popping up, I can go somewhere else to spend my money. Just a shame a customer has to resort to that instead of receiving decent service.

Service is so ridiculously slow. I stopped going here forever a bit because I’d wait at the register for 3 minutes before someone would come over to take my order. Ordering a coffee became a 10 minute ordeal. And there was nobody else inside ordering.

Gave it 3 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! And you have to order online here again!!!

My lady says the frappe was delicious and are Blended coffees were excellent too! Try the dragon fruit Blended smoothie, it is refreshingly clean and yummy tasting!
