The food is so good and full of flavour! The small size seems small but it’s the perfect portion. They also sell various herbal remedies and smoothies. Both the workers were extremely nice and attentive.

Good vegan Carribean food. Small and large meal. $9 and $12. Small but decent selection. Some spicy and some not. This little eatery is on the main drag. It’s not high society so don’t go in expecting that but you know you usually get the best food in places that serve home-cooked like dishes.

My wife & I came across this amazing Jamaican Ital small homey feeling restaurant in downtown Spring Valley. We shared a sampler plate of all their main dishes. BBQ Ribs, Pepper Steak, Spicy Jerk Chicken, Curried Goat & Sweet & Sour Tofu all over curry potato & cauliflower, eggplant cutlets & Spanish chickpeas. It all tasted homemade as it was made with love. We even took home macaroni & cashew cheese & a beef patty. Delicious.

I ordered two Jamaican patties as well as two LG dinner platters. One was the spicy jerk chicken; the other was the ribs. I grabbed two tings to drink and it was time to feast. Everything was awesome and the ladies behind the counters were the kindest of folks. Delicious!!

The food here is unbelievable, incredible, beyond delicious!! I stopped by on my way home from a weekend trip recently and it was so shockingly good, I drove 1.5 hours back from NYC today to have it again, and got extra to take home. I’ve tried every meat there now and they are all phenomenal, although my favorites are the pepper steak, the curry goat, and the oxtail (in order). The beef patties and spinach patties give truly happy tears, the carrot cake is mouthwatering, and the mango smoothie is just so, so good. The lady who works in the front there is so kind too. 🙂 I will be coming back regularly for sure!
