Food is delicious, fresh, and cooked in front of you. The staff are kind, and effortlessly accommodated a difficult allergy to tomatoes. Serving portions are generous. Cute small diner vibe. Ordered 2 breakfast burritos: asada and chorizo, a chili Verde with carnitas, and fish tacos. Horchata was super refreshing with a perfect amount of cinnamon. A++++ wouldn’t change a thing

Very small diner. Counter seating only. Food is cooked right in front of you. Good menu selection and awesome service. This has so far been the best and most authentic Mexican food I have had in Sparks. Highly recommended if you can get a seat!!

Fantastic first experience. I ordered the enchilada plate. I got chicken and shredded beef. Delicious! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Having service like this shouldn’t be rare but it is. This place has it dialed in.

Carilillos Cocina is definitely a “hidden gem” here in Sparks, NV off of Rock Blvd. Locally owned, authentic delicious mexican food, and the service is always friendly and great. I recommend Carlillos Cocina highly! It’s a must!

Holy Wow!! Serious breakfast business! Juevos a la mexicana could not have been more perfect. Absolutely divine ratio of veg and eggs, added bacon and house made hot sauce. Boom! Huge portions, excellent flavor. Definitely accurate representation in the reviews.

My absolute favorite breakfast place, with the best costumer service and Mexican food I’ve ever experienced. Always greeted with an “hola amiga” as soon as you walk in the door by the incredible staff who’s love for what they do is made clear as you watch them prepare your food right in front of you. The team knows half of their customers by name because after you’ve eaten there once you’ll likely love it so much you become a regular. Huge portions and great prices, so much love and appreciation for this small local business.

My husband and I flew out to Reno to get my brother, and we decided to grab a bite. We found Carlillos Cocina on Google maps and gave it a try. This place is a hidden gem. Authentic Mexican food. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. It was fun watching them cook/prepare food in front of you. They are also very generous with their portions. Also, im not really a fan of horchata, but Wow, theirs was delicious!! This place is definitely worth it!! Gracias!
