Excellent pizza in a cool venue. We had dinner here the other night but it’s the second I’ve had their pizza. I’m not a huge fan of thin crust pizza but this is really good – nice mix of crispy crust and just enough toppings.

I’m giving only 3 stars because a big portion of my large $40 pizza was black and extra crispy(burnt). The small part that wasn’t burned tasted good though. It’s a nice little place and the folks that work here are friendly. I’m sure the food is usually fine, but my experience really turned me off. Don’t not come here due to this review; it’s a popular place so I guess I was just unlucky and threw $40 out the window.

Great pizza and salads. The pies are generally thin crust, which I really like. They do a nice job crafting their pizzas. You can enjoy several fantastic house pies. The service is spot on. I have no complaints with it. Servers are quick to arrive and rather attentive.

They have a nice patio outside, but the service was slow – they seem a bit understaffed. The pizza was pretty good though.

The best NYC pizza we’ve had in a long time! Once you pick up and fold and get all the wonderful cheese, sauce and pepperoni, it’s like heaven in one bite. Thank you Mike for providing such a great experience with a pie! Will definitely be back real soon for more!

Great atmosphere, fair pricing, ok pizza, mediocre service. My husband, two year old, and I were a bit disappointed by our experience here. We were asking questions that were fairly simple but our server didn’t understand and he seemed frustrated when we pressed for answers about the cost of toppings. The pizza was alright, with a super thin crust which was a bit too crispy for our liking. The sauce and toppings were really good. We ate outside and our two year old liked playing in the grass by our table. We had to be really careful however since the restaurant is on the road. With all of the other restaurants along Canton street, it will probably be a while before we’d come back here. That being said, it seems like a great atmosphere for a group of adults to sit and enjoy pizza and beer. There was a table of men from a sporting event next to us and they seemed to be having a great time. It’s worth checking out to decide for yourself.

Well, mediocre at best. Service was fine. Best thing was the asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. Meatballs and sauce have way too much oregano. Meatball sub same meatball of course but way too much bread and nothing to kick it up a notch. So boring and flavor held down by bread. Pizza does nothing to stand out. 18″ for $32 is silly. Go out 3 miles, spend $20 for 18″ and you will be so much happier.

I’ve lived in Roswell for 29 years and just discovered Carlisle’s. I’m so happy I did. By far the best pizza in the city and it is run by an absolutely top notch staff. Mike is passionate about what he does and has spent 30+ years perfecting his craft. They have it down. Awesome environment, incredible location, and the best pizza around. Couldn’t recommend it more!

What a huge surprise… just some of the most unique pizza! Highly rec the goat cheese and prosciutto pizza! Was wondering why all his pizza pans are bent great selection of local ice cold brews & lots of outdoor seating… but they also have indoor air conditioned bar area… convenient & free parking in backyard.

Rather than wilt spinach into the sauce, the chef dumped a plastic tub of spring mix over the pizza. I had remove large clumps of raw salad mix from the top of my pizza. Also, the crust was hard and chewy instead softy and chewy. No seasoning and large clumps of anchovies thrown on top instead of being incorporated into the toppings. Not professional pie makers. Won’t be back.
